About Me

I received my undergraduate degree from Harvard University and my masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I have trained at the Southern California Counseling Center in a wide range of modalities including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Narrative, and received additional training at the Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing.

A native of Manhattan, and a third-generation actor, I have worked extensively in television, film, and regional theaters across the country.
